About DBT Skills Groups
Each group teaches the four modules of DBT skills: Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance. In order to participate, clients must also have an individual counselor or therapist (that counselor or therapist does NOT need to be part of Meridian).
